How Craftvel handles information shared during direct project discussions.

Information you share

Craftvel receives information you choose to send through WhatsApp or email, such as your name, contact details, project brief, files, and business requirements.

How it is used

The information is used only to discuss, quote, deliver, and support the service or template you request. Craftvel does not sell personal information.

Storage and third parties

Account authentication and sessions are securely processed via Supabase PKCE. Official QRIS payments are processed through Pakasir. Project files are retained only as needed for delivery, support, and legal records.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information that Craftvel controls by emailing hello@craftvel.com.
